This makes a wonderful quick breakfast or snack! It is very difficult to get my daughter to eat enough low-fat dairy, but she loves this smoothie!




Ingredients:

4 cups Milk

Ice cubes

4 tablespoons Peanut butter

4 Bananas

4 packages sugar free hot Cocoa mix

OR

4 tablespoons Chocolate syrup




Preparation:




In the blender measure milk to equal 4 cups. (There should be measurements on the side of your blender) Add the peanut butter, banana and the chocolate. Fill the rest of the blender with ice cubes and blend until smooth. Pour into 4 cups and enjoy!
